Choose your sprint, confirm your date and complete your pre-work brief.
We work in a focused, collaborative sprint. Fast decisions, real momentum.
Your website and brand, delivered and ready to launch. As always, we'll be around to offer support.
It depends on the package you choose, but we typically keep things moving pretty fast by time blocking projects for our clients.
Depending on our schedule, the fastest we can get your website online is in a matter of days, with our website in a day package. We also have a week-long sprint, while our custom web design package will depend on your requirements.
As a general rule, we don't like to keep people around waiting, but we also don't want to rush things too much.
If you have a particular deadline you want to hit, simply let us know.
How fast can you actually turn a website around?
We offer a full money-back guarantee until the moment we do the hand over.*
We will do everything we can to make sure you love what you are investing in.
However, we only think it's fair that we take on some of the risk to show you how serious we are about creating something you love.
*Please note this applies to all website packages and the brand foundation package. It does not apply to ad hoc work and the brand refresh package.
What if I don't like your design?
We have a minimum two rounds of structured feedback for most of our projects.
That doesn't mean that if you changed your mind, or you notice something outside of this window then you've missed your chance, but we find it's better this way to keep things organised and moving smoothly.
How many revisions do I get?
It depends on what package you've gone for. We provide more details on the service page for each cateory.
Generally, we will do an introductory call to make sure we're the right fit for your project.
If you decide to go ahead, we'll provide you with a contract along with a proper quote and timeline.
Then, we'll more into your requirements before getting to the design stage.
From there we do feedback and iterate.
And then, voilà! Your new website or brand is delivered.
How does the process work?
We don't just launch and then say sayonara.
We provide training videos and stick around for two weeks of post-launch support to make sure you're feeling confident and to iron out any issues.
If you need more extensive ongoing support, like maintaining an e-commerce store or blog, we can arrange a retainer or monthly support days for an extra fee.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
We prefer to be paid half of the fee up front and half before the final delivery, as we find that payment plans are just more faff all around.
But if you would like to propose another kind of payment plan that works better for you, we're all ears.
However, this does not apply for the brand refresh package, which should ideally be paid for in advance.
What are your payment terms?
