Hi there, I'm Amanda. After 15 years of building up my editorial experience as a copy editor and writer, including making magazines for the G7/G20 and COP29 summits and in-house at the Economist Group, I decided I wanted to be creative in a slightly different way.
After taking courses on branding and design, I knew this was the right direction – and a way I could integrate all the knowledge I had built during my career working in editorial departments, magazine publishing and marketing.
As a freelancer, I've worked with brands like Economist Impact, BBC StoryWorks, MIT Technology Review Insights and Politico Studio.
The thing is, I've never specialised, meaning that I've covered pretty much everything you can imagine. Technology, energy, cybersecurity, urbanism, crypto, healthcare, geopolitics, logistics, food and travel. That's not even half of it.
I'm excited to bring this experience to my new venture, along with many of the talented creatives who I've met along the way.
